スクリーンショットしたものをスキャンすると文字認識してくれません。

紙の用紙をスキャンすると文字認識しっかりとできるのですがウェブ上のものをスクリーンショットしたものを画像としてAdobeスキャンのアプリで認識すると文字認識してくれません。

スクリーンショットしたものは文字の羅列のみのモノです。

なぜできないのでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。

Hi @Tyrol choco 

As the Scan app has the feature to recognize text, we have tested it with a few web content. Kindly try with a different website and check if it still does not recognize the text. 

Also, Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. iOS version?

2. Application version?

3. A video/screen recording that shows the issue in OCR.

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
