早期改善お願いします。Adobe scan 読み取り領域がはみ出るようになりました。

Adobe scanの最新バージョン23.12.13にアップデート後、文書をスキャンすると文書の周囲(机)も、ほんの少しだけスキャン領域に入ってしまうようになりました。スキャンしたものを印刷すると縁に線が生じます。この縁の部分を消すために、スキャンした全てのページを切り抜きツールで編集する必要が生じています。作業効率が一気に落ちており大変困っています。ー有料の意味なし。早く直してくださいますようお願いします。

    Hi @Cheeeeez,

     

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

     

    Would you mind trying out a few steps:

    1. When on the capture screen, enable the auto-capture button to the left of the main capture button;

    2. Go to Home-> Profile-> Preferences -> disable the option "Allow me to adjust borders after every scan;"

    3. Once you are done with the scans, on the Modify scan page, go to Crop-> Auto Crop-> apply to all pages;

     

    Doing so should eliminate the problem of having to edit every page individually.
