書籍モードの取込み範囲異常

Question

アンドロイドで使用しております。突然書籍モードでスキャンすると書籍サイズは正常に認識しますがその後の青い枠でページを範囲で認識して取込み場面で全く違う範囲で取り込んでしまいます。書籍を替えたり、再インストールはしましたが改善しませんでした。前までは正常に認識しておりました。改善方法等ご教示いただけませんでしょうか。

@yuji_6660 a good first step is to clear the app's cache and data in your Android settings (Settings — Apps — Acrobat Scan — Storage—Clear Cache/Clear Data), as this forces the app to reset all its temporary files and settings without needing a full reinstall. If that doesn't work, try manually setting the crop after the mis-scan once or twice; sometimes, showing the app the correct boundaries can help it "re-learn" the correct capture behavior for subsequent scans.
