56 page document not saving

  • A 56 page Bank of America annual statement  is not being saved. It disappeared while I was saving. How do I retrieve?

    Sorry for the delay in response.

     

    As you have mentioned above, the statement does not save. Could you please confirm if you are scanning the statement pages and trying to save them as PDF?

    Please share the exact workflow you do to save the document. Do you get any error message while saving the document? If yes, please share the exact message you receive.

    Also, let us know the application and OS version on the device.

     

    Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
