Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Have you tried changing the page size, if not automatically selected, to A4? You make take reference from the screenshot attached below.

I dont have your page size option but i do have "Resize" option. But eventho i clicked on resize & changed from "Auto Detect" to A4 potrait size, the document is remained squeezed only the paper background became A4 sized. Refer attachments. Still not resolved. Tq

@Nasruddin28846321w9eb Sorry for your experience. Before resizing, try going to the crop option and selecting "No Crop."

 

This should disable any automatic cuts or changes to the page size. 

Once done, you can then check on the Resize option to see if you are able to change the page size as per your requirements.
