Abbonamento premium Adobe scan

Buongiorno a tutti, sono già due volte che pur avendo fatto l'abbonamento premium risulto essere in abbonamento libero limitandomi a non usare le funzioni che ho esigenza di utilizzare tipo pdf in word. L'abbonamento è attivo, il profilo no.

Come posso fare? Devo rimanere all'asciutto cioè pagare e non avere? 
chi mi consiglia cosa devo fare?

  2. Make and model of your device?

 

Try to sign out and sign in back to your account. Do the following to restore your subscription:

  1. Tap the profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

When you tap Save PDF in Adobe Scan, your file is automatically converted to PDF and saved to your Adobe Document Cloud storage.
