Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

If you’ve created scans using Adobe Scan and both Adobe Scan and Adobe Acrobat are connected to the same Adobe account, accessing your scans in Adobe Acrobat is simple. Here’s how you can do it:

On Mobile :

  1. Open the Adobe Scan App, open the scanned file.
  2. Click on the Acrobat icon in the lower icon tray to open the file in the Acrobat mobile app.
    https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

On Computer:

  1. Open the Acrobat Pro/Reader application. Go to Home tab
  2. Under the Adobe cloud storage (in the left hand pannel) click on the 'Scans'
  3. Locate the file you want to open and double click to open it in Acrobat desktop application.

Notes:

1. Ensure both apps are updated to the latest version.
2. A stable internet connection is required for files to sync to the Document Cloud.
3. If you don’t see your scans, verify that you're signed into the same Adobe account in both apps.
