Account adobe scan

Question

After installing adobe scan when i connect my google account to adobe "you already have an account" is showed...although this is my first time to use adobe..moreover a different username called "amir khan" is showing...i can't change that username..plz resolve this

Hey there,

Sorry for the delay in response to your issue.

It could be a possibility that you have registered your email address on Adobe.com website in past but don't remember it now.

Login to https://account.adobe.com/ using your email, put the password in. If you don't remember the password so reset it. TO reset the password you should have the access to that email account.

Once done, you can go to Profile and edit the name displayed by clicking on Change option.

These changes will reflect to your mobile app's profile too. You just need to Sign Out and Sign In back into the Adobe Scan app once
