Activated a trial for Adobe Scan, now can't cancel and am being billed.

Hi Amal,

As I mentioned in the thread, I already followed the steps in that help article and it did not work — I still can't cancel the free trial in Google Play Store and I've now been billed.

Since the generic article isn't resolving this, I need you to action this directly on your end:

1. Cancel my subscription/free trial immediately
2. Refund the charge I was billed

Can you confirm once this has been done, or let me know what account details you need from me to process it? I'd like this resolved without having to repeat the same troubleshooting steps that already failed.
