Add Adobe Scan to iCloud Drive + Remove Local Download

Hi! Is it possible to add my Adobe Scan folder to iCloud Drive for easier access to my files? Also, when I open any of my scans on my iPad, it downloads the file from the cloud. Possible to remove this local download when I'm done viewing but keep in the cloud? Trying to save local storage on my iPad. Thank you!
