Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.
From the screenshot you have shared, it looks like the Acrobat Mobile app is not compatible with your device. The Adobe Acrobat Reader app for iPhone needs iOS 15.0 or later to work. iPhone 11 originally came with iOS 13 or 14, depending on when it was made and when it was last updated.
Please try updating the App from the App store to the latest version available, and the OS version, and reboot the device once and see if that works.
