I don't want to upload my scan document to cloud

Pls provide us option if I want to upload or not

If you mean the Adobe Creative Cloud storage, just drag your scanned file onto/into it.

Scanned documents are automatically stored in cloud

I don't want my documents to be stored in cloud.
