I recently replaced my phone and did the Adobe scan program, but I could not restore my previous files that I made with the program.

 

Can you help me and get my files back?

Hello,

 

Adding to what Krutikka said, I checked your email address and saw multiple profiles created, due to which you are having trouble with this issue. 

 

The next time you log in to the Document Cloud portal, please select your personal profile to access the files, and you will be able to see them.

 

Also, I would suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to get your email address for the profile changes. Multiple profiles can be confusing, and situations like these can be regularly.

Hi there,

 

I hope you're doing great.

 

As per my understanding, You want to restore files on Adobe scan application.

 

Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here: -  


Note: If you are not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving it to any other location, then the files will be deleted permanently. 

It is not possible to retrieve the files once deleted directly from the application.
