im trying to figure out how to move my files scanned through Adobe Scan to the cloud to a different location for retentio. any help is appreciated.

Sadly, you can't change the location of the files saving to the cloud: Finding files — Adobe Scan Help

However, you can try to move to a different location manually by moving files. https://cloud.acrobat.com/
