Hi All,

I hope you are all doing well, and thank you for the updates and your patience. I understand how disruptive it is when Adobe Scan closes right after you scan or select a document, especially after you have already restarted your phone and reinstalled the app.

So we can review this properly, could you please share the following:

• Whether you use an iPhone/iPad or an Android device, with the model and OS version

• The Adobe Scan app version: tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan, and make sure it's updated to the latest version via App/Play store, and reboot the device once.

• The exact point where the app closes, for example, when the camera opens, after you capture a page, or after you pick a photo from your gallery. A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

• Whether it happens with every scan or only with certain documents, and the date it first started for you
