Adobe Scan and Files.app, ios and auth endless loop

Question

I am using iOS and adobe scan. I am logged into adobe scan. If I go to the iOS files app and to the main start screen that shows the Adobe Scan drive. and I navigate into it. I am asked to authenticate and sign in and then it briefly seems to sign in and show me the files and then I'm kicked back out and asked authenticate again. This happens over and over in an endless loop.

how do I resolve this?

The reason I was doing this is I'm trying to get a copy for back up of all of the PDF files. Adobe Scan is made. I can pretty easily one at a time seem to send a copy of elsewhere, but I can't just grab an entire folder and copy it to my iPhone or to some other location. This is because of the endless loop bug mentioned above. Can someone tell me how I can quickly get to all the files that I've scanned?

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Adobe Scan you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Scan);

2. The iOS version of your device;

3. A screen recording of what happens.
