Adobe Scan App / downloaded but indicating there’s an error

Hello, I downloaded the app onto my old iPhone about 3 years ago and have loved it.  For the past two weeks, the app itself appears to be in some vortex, so when I try to open it to view my scans it says, "Unable to download item. Please try again later."  The app was downloaded.  Why isn't it allowing me to open it?  I'm concerned that all of my confidential information is being exposed to a hacker or gone for good.  Any suggestions?  Could it be that my phone is now too old and updates are needed?  Any idea how to retrieve my scans?  Any advice would be really appreciated.  THANK YOU!

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of your device?
  2. Application version?

 

We suggest you to update your Scan application, before that do save your Scans . Adobe Scan saves the documents as PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. You may check your saved files over here, Open the link Adobe Document Cloud.  Sign in with your Adobe account and check the Scan folder.

Hi Ria,

Thank you foir your help!

I finally have access to a printer but can no longer find my saved documents.  I'm still unable to open the adobe app on my phone.  Can you resend the link with my saved attachments or has everything been deleted?

If the attachments are saved on the Document Cloud then you can find it from this link: Adobe Document Cloud 

Sign in using the same email which you have used to save the documents.
