Adobe Scan App is broken

I have been using the app for a while and now it does not work. After scanning and tapping Save PDF, it bring me back to where the list of amorcito scans should be, but nothing displays, neither on the Recent or All Scans. I tried multiple times to scan and the same results. Restarted the app, restarted the iPhone and still the same. I’m logged in with my Adobe account, my wifi works too.

Hi all,

Sorry for the trouble caused.

We had released an update for the Adobe Scan that is available on the App Store.

Please make sure that the application is updated.

If you still experience the issue, please help with some details as asked below.

- Share the exact version of the Adobe Scan installed on your device

- Share the OS version on the device

- It would be helpful if you can capture the workflow on your device when the issue occurs. Then share those screenshots or videos of that workflow with us.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Similarly, use the insert video icon next to the insert image icon in the reply window.

We will be waiting for your response.

Is there a solution posted?  I’m having the same issue...no .pdf found after saving image.  I’m using iPhone 10+.

I have the same issue and am frustrated that you haven’t had a response as have some important work stuff to scan!!! Anyone have any ideas?

I am experiencing similar issues, except now the scan or picture buttons don’t work

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please provide more details about the issue?

- When exactly you started experiencing the issue?

- Did the issue occur after updating the application?

- What is the current version of the application?

- Share the OS version on the device.

Did you check if you can find all your scans on Document Cloud online?

If not, please open this link and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you use for the Adobe Scan application.

Hi!

About more information:

1. About 3 weeks ago

2. I'm not sure that the problem arose after the update, I just changed the battery in the phone shortly before the problem occurred

3. The version of App 19.03.12

4. iPhone SE, model A1723, iOS ver. 12.2

If you can help solve this problem please do it as quickly as you can.

Me too, The last few days this app sucks! I can scan save as PDF, share a copy to my email and it never gets there. A few days ago it took hours to get to my email. Today, nothing! Why does this app suck so much?
