Adobe scan APP, scans gone...

Question

Hi,Using the Adobe Scan app with an IPAD...Normally taking scans and have the opportunity to see all the scans from previous, but suddenly they are gone...Anyone know where they might be? - can’t seem to find them anywher...Regards!

Hi pawk,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to unable to find scanned document in adobe scan app on your ipad, is that correct?

Try disconnecting wifi and connecting it again and check if that helps. Also, follow the steps given below and check if scanned documents are visible in the cloud:

Visit: https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Sign-in with the same Adobe ID that you used for Adobe Scan.

Then go to Files > Document Cloud > Adobe Scan folder. There you will find all your scanned PDFs.
