Adobe scan complains about full cloud storage

Hi,

I've subscribed to Lightroom Mobile which includes 100GB of cloud storage, which LR confirms, with 86GB being currently used. Adobe Scan however complains about "2GB" of cloud storage being full. Even stranger, the Creative Cloud page reports 86GB of 2GB (!) being used. Therefore, I'm unable to use Adobe Scan at all.

How can I resolve this? Why is there no official support for a paid subscription?

Fabian

Hi @Xorg27891160ur52,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the storage issue.

To clarify, The 100GB is limited to LightRoom only. The problem is that LightRoom also occupies the free 2 GB cloud storage first, and then there is no more space for anything else. You can't separate that.

Adobe Scan uses the Document Cloud and needs this 2 GB, but LightRoom already occupies them.

What you can do here is to use Adobe Scan on a different email address or your Apple ID to be able to use it without any further restraints.

Hope this clarifies the confusion.
