Adobe scan continues to crash the app won’t even open. I need a refund for the month of this continues I use for work

Have you started experiencing this issue recently after an update, or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the OS (Android/iOS) and  Adobe Scan App you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan? Also, share the device locale?

What is the workflow/steps you are taking when the application crashes? Is it crashing when opening the app, or during a specific action? Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity (from  start to finish, which ends in a crash)
