Adobe Scan Count As An Activated Device?

Hi, I have purchased the CC cloud plan. I installed acrobat on my PC. If I install the acrobat scan app on my phone, does my phone become my second activated device (which is not what I want)?

Thank you for posting your query here. No, Adobe Scan is a free mobile application. It will not affect your device count.
