Adobe scan crashes on save iOS update to 13.1.3

Using iPhone 

New iOS version is 13.1.3 


OS was updated two days before 

 

App opens, but don't allow to save. While trying to save it crashes 

 

Installed the app again after removing it

 

App was not allowing to sign in with Adobe ID initially

 

While the app scans the document, it is not allowing to save. When trying to save it crashes

Hope the problem is resolved

Found the Adobe scan app is working in Android

    Sorry for the trouble caused.

     

    Could you please confirm the application and OS version on your device?

    It would be helpful if you can share the video of the workflow you do.

    Hi Mathew,

     

    Sorry for the trouble caused.

     

    As the application crashes and you have already tried uninstalling and re-installing, please try the steps provided below once:

    - Sign out of the application and then uninstall it.

    - Then reboot the device once and re-install the application.

     

    Also, please confirm if the issue started occuring after the iOS update.

     

    If the issue still persists, let us know.
