Adobe Scan crashing immediately on iPhone

IT crashes my iPhone XR so does lightroom and i veteren pensioner paying Australian full suite over $70 and I get. crashes on new iPhone XR they give buisness and teachers discount. I can’t work fir life use camera to help my own ptsd as drs said be good for me to try be active tell other vets that  photography and film and design can help stay away from getting to dark. Yet o never get answer to can I receive help as others said just can’t afford that a month. I’ve done so much learning. Yet can’t afford to rgister  car as this costing me. ADobe would be helping so many of us that would love to use there software but it’s so hard to pay such a big amount out of a pension and fees service dog myself rent and bills. But will not answe yet people with pensions for disabilities or military disabilities physical and mental could really get some help to use our heads as I my self am often inside alone or get out for some photography time and then try be creative. But I see you having same iPhone crashing app with the program. Lightroom does it to me not all time but enough. SCan every time. I don’t know what to do. As I love there stuff I use Mac and iPhone but partner left long time so no second income. PLEASE adobe help with these scan crashes. Also consider letting us have teacher student price to use full range as u be helping a lot of people that feel there life has nothing we can do after volunteering to be there for our countries and each other. I know others in my ptsd group and others I know would be more likely to get into photography/video even creating things as we are not brain dead just have lots of bad wiring and creative stuff can help take some of that day rather than tv and adding drugs alcohol as feel what’s the point. Yet it’s there computers most have camera prices not to bad then to be creative with your stuff which other than things like this have been helping me yet I had to tell dr yesterday about rent increase and either buy less food or my subscription if I loose subscription we’ll ill just give it all up as ive spemt msny hrs learning. But also money staying with you. I’m sure you could include us in your discounted area as I’m not asking for free. Yet I can’t loose anymore brothers sisters off the armed forces in USA or Australia and this is one thing with s camera that is no cure but gives me some reason for looking ahead and even creating things to give to others. I’ve been member long time but it’s getting to hard I’ve asked but u don’t reply. Now I see this poor person no reply and I needed to scan a medical paper to send in yet I guess just take a photo if they let me send that in. Cheers Matt Australia veterans affairs TPI pension.
