Adobe Scan error on Iphone

hello. I face a problem with Adobe Scan APP on my phone, IPhone 13pro, iOS: iOS 17.5.1 (21F90), eveytime this error appears. I reinstalled APP but no result. Please check attached photo.

Could you please provide more details about the workflow or steps you're following when encountering this error?

 

Are you scanning a new document and saving it when the issue occurs? If so, please check your iPhone's storage by going to Settings -> General -> iPhone Storage. If the storage is full, try freeing up some space and then attempt the process again.

 

Let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

Thanks for your reply. No it is not full, please check. All the time the same error occurs, "an unexpected error occurred "

Thanks for clarifying. Could you let me know which version of the Adobe Scan app you're using? To find the version, tap on the profile icon and then select "About Adobe Scan." It would also be really helpful if you could record a short video showing the steps you're taking and the issue as it occurs.
