Adobe Scan files not uploading for a month, now deleted from device

Since July 13th all my new scans on Adobe Scan (iPhone, free version) were not uploading.  They all said Uploading with the rotating progress circle never stopping.  Now after updating iOS I started Adobe Scan and it has asked for my login again.  I logged in and there are no documents after July 13th.  I did not have the save to photos option checked.  I don't see these pdf's anywhere else on my phone's files.  How can I get all of them back, help!?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

From the description, it seems that an issue with the storage quota available on your Adobe account caused the files to not upload.

 

Have you checked logging in to https://adobe.ly/41THgYG and seeing on the bottom left of the screen for available space in your account? 

 

Adobe Scan also displays files that are available on your cloud account. So, since the uploads did not go through and your device restarted due to the OS update, the uploads got cancelled midway.

 

We do not save local copies of files, so they cannot be restored. 

Also, if since there are no local copies, and we do not store your information on the server, restoring the files isn't a possibility in this scenario.

 

If the files had been available on your cloud account and disappeared somehow, we could've reached out to the server team to get them restored from the backend.
