Adobe Scan Folder Won't Download to Desktop

Hello! When I access my Adobe Scan folders on my laptop and try to download any of them, I get a message saying "Download error. Folder is either empty or exceeds maximum number of files (50), folders (100) or total size (100 MB)." However, the folder is neither empty nor does exceed the max files>

How do I get the folders off the cloud and into local storage?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Would you mind creating a new folder by logging in to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/, moving the scan folder to the newly created one, and then trying downloading the folder?
