Adobe Scan for android keeps freezing

Hello.  I'm using scan with creative cloud, and trying to scan a 30 page document.  After every few pages, the damn app freezes, I have to redo what I've scanned, and then it freezes again!  Chat session said uninstall/reinstall...such a canned answer.  Was this not intended to scan more than a few pages????

I am having the same issue.

When using Adobe scan mobile Android edition when scanning document pages if freezes after every two pages scanned.

I need to go into preview then press back every two pages but clearly this seems like a bug in the app on Adobe's end.

Sorry for the trouble.

You have mentioned above that you are using Adobe Scan with Creative Cloud. Could you please confirm what exactly do you mean by that?

Are you using the Adobe Scan application on your Android device or on a desktop application?

If you are using the Adobe Scan for mobile, would like to inform you that you can scan only 25 pages at one go in Adobe Scan application.

Thank you for your response. I'm using document cloud with Adobe scan. It

was freezing after every several pages. You mentioned it's only intended

for 25 pages for each session. Can you also say how many pages per

minute? I was attempting to scan rather quickly, so maybe that's the

issue. Many thanks!
