Adobe scan issue with large file ios

I just downloaded the Adobe scan app and am attempting to convert a 350 page file that I photographed pages of using the app. When I click on save pdf it just stays stuck on the "saving PDF" screen and never advances beyond that point. 

l spent two hours getting these photos in the app and now they're just stuck and I am incredibly frustrated!
