Adobe Scan login issue iPhone

Dear Team,

I am trying use Adobe scan in iPhone 15 Pro with this email id. Showing error is The Adobe ID doesn’t have access to adobe cloud storage. But I have 1TB cloud storage with this account. Could you please help me on this?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error you see? I checked your account and the services are active.

You might want to check the email address you are using to sign in to the application.

If the Email address you are using to sign in is the same as registered here on the community, please reach out to your organization's IT and have them raise a ticket to our enterprise support team.
