Adobe Scan missing files

Hello,

 

I have more than enough storage on my device and I am signed into the correct Adobe scan account but my files are missing all of a sudden. I was in the process of scanning a document and then the wheel began spinning in the middle of the screen saying loading files for several minutes but none of my files appeared. I also signed in and out, deleted the app and downloaded again but the same thing happens where the loading files circle continues to spin and nothing else happens. It looks as if I never scanned any documents. Is there a technical issue with the Adobe scan app right now?

@Deidria24131943yrkx sounds like either internet issues or server-side issues. The internet, you can check on your end for that, but server-side issues, you can check Adobe Status: https://status.adobe.com
