Adobe Scan - Mobile app for android

The mobile app shows a blank sign-in page, just the close option above the line in the top left corner.  Any suggestions on how to get logged in, please?

If none of the solution worked. Then try uninstalling reinstalling the application and see if that helps.

The explanation given above, it seems like the app didn't load properly.

You may reboot your device completely, and try opening the app again.

Have you just downloaded the app? If not, then check for application update in Play Store (if there is any pending)

Let us know the update on it.

Thanks for your help, appreciated.

  • I have tried a complete restart, as suggested, and the sign in page is still blank, unfortunately.
  • The Play store is not currently showing pending update.
  • (Just to confirm the Acrobat reader app signed in okay, as also some other Adobe apps such as Adobe Illustrator draw and Adobe Clip)

Appreciate your advice again here.
