Adobe scan-not sending emails what do I do to fix

Just downloaded Adobe scan and cannot get it to send scanned file via email

Hi Jill5FD2,

 

Thank you for posting your query. To send the scanned document via email please follow below steps:

1. Scan the document.

2. Save the document.

3. After saving the document, click on the preview of the saved document from the right bottom corner.

4. Then click on share, select the email and send it to desired email address.

I do this and the scans get stuck after I do this.

  2. Do you receive any error messages when the file sharing gets stuck? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message for further analysis.

  3. Could you provide a small video recording of the steps you are taking to share the scan file and the issue occurring? This will help us understand the problem better.

  4. What are the versions of your operating system and the Adobe Scan app? Please ensure that there are no pending updates for both the OS and the app. Try updating the Adobe Scan app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), and reboot your device afterward.
