I want to communicate and ask you to please solve when you can, in the new update of the IOS in iphone there is an error when you want to press the button to take a photo and scan, please help us with that.

I think I am having the same problem. The button does not work for manual document scan. I tried deleting the app and re-installing it, but it still will not snap a photo of a document.
