Adobe Scan Problem with IPhone 7 Upgrade

I upgraded from an IPhone 6S to an IPhone 7 this week and:

1. Adobe Scan no longer creates files although I can apparently upload photos to the app. It simply doesn't make and save a file when I select "save"

2. All my scans have disappeared and there is nothing in the history or files list.

Please help!

Hi Junaita,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to save the scanned image to PDF.

Could you please let us know what exactly happens when you click on Save to PDF option? Do you get any error message?

Try once to sign out of the application and reboot the device. The relaunch the application and check if the issue still occurs.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the application.

You have also mentioned that all the scans disappeared from the list.

It may be possible that you are signed in to the application using a different Adobe ID.

Please make sure that you are using the same Adobe ID that you used while scanning and saving the files.

Did you check if the scans are available on Document Cloud online?

If not, please open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with the same Adobe ID that you used for Adobe Scan.

Once you are signed in, go to Files > Adobe Scan folders. Check if you can find all the scans listed there.
