Adobe Scan queries

Please clarify the following queries;

1) I have installed Adobe Scan on my Andriod mobile. As per FAQ, the scanned files are accessible from anywhere including PC as the files are synced in the cloud. Please let me know the URL of the files in the cloud.

2) Is Adobe Scan installable on Windows PC?
