Adobe Scan Refund

Hi!

I have not cancelled the free trial on time for Adobe Scan and I have been charged with the full uear subscription. This happened last Feb 17. 2026 which is within the allowable refund time, however google wouldn't refund the purchase.  

I would like to ask for assistance for the refund process via adobe if possible.
