Adobe scan requires full screen on iphone to scan a document

Adobe requires me to go full screen to use the application and I don't know how to set full full screen option on the application

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with using Adobe Scan.

Would you mind trying out the steps below?

Go to your phone's settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom > Change to large > done.
Once done, change it again from large > default > done.

Following these steps, try launching Adobe Scan again.
