Adobe Scan Textbox

We use adobe scan for our guys in the field to submit their credit card receipts. We have a specific "mark up" process that we use and it utilizes the text box in adobe. I am not seeing how to add a text box in adobe scan, i only see add text. We need the text box in order to be placed over other words on the receipt and be legible for our accounting deparment to enter the receipt into the system. Please let me know how this can be accomplished
