Adobe scan unexpectedly quit

Just clicking app for the first time and it will give me error unexpectedly quit. I have the newest software update on my phone and I have deleted the app multiple times. It will work for a day or two and then it is back to doing this again. This is getting annoying that I pay for an app that doesn’t work.

    As you’ve already tried reinstalling the app and keeping your phone updated, let’s try a few additional steps and see if that works:

    • Make sure the app is updated to the latest version from the App Store

    • Check if your phone has enough storage space available

    • Try restarting your device after reinstalling the app

    • Ensure you’re logged in with the correct account linked to your subscription

    • If possible, check if the issue happens on a different network (Wi-Fi vs mobile data)
       

    If the issue keeps coming back after a day or two, it might be related to a deeper app or account-level issue, could you please share a bit more information for further investigation:

    • Your device model and iOS version

    • The app version you’re using

    • Does the crash happen immediately on launch or after performing a specific action?

    • Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
