Adobe Scan - waiting to upload

AI is okay but how about showing some real intelligence and sorting out this ‘waitung to upload’ mess in your app? Very frustrating.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Is it a large or a small file? For large or multi-page documents, follow these best practices to avoid upload issues:

    • Break large documents into smaller scans if possible to prevent upload errors.
    • Ensure you are on a stable Wi-Fi or internet connection before scanning and uploading.
    • Don't exit or close the app until the upload to Adobe cloud storage is fully complete.
    • Keep a backup of documents' images by activating the Save originals to Photos option in the Scan app under Settings > Preferences.
