Adobe Scan: Why I cannot search in the cloud

Adobe Scan

Why I cannot search keywords within  all files in the Adobe cloud like in Genius Scan?

 

I am used to scan all incoming letters. Genius Scan run an OCR over them and attached the index. I was easily able to find back every letter in the App or even on Google Drive.

 

I thought changing to Adobe Scan to save some money. But my first documents for testing are not found via search if I use any word from the inside.
