Adobe scan won’t save pdf

Paid for enterprise subscription and adobe bundle for iPhone and iPad—nothing works on mobile device. Adobe scan scans but won’t save pdf. Can comment on a pdf but can’t share it. I get stuck in endless loops of signing in through enterprise subscription.

    Hi there, 

     

    Sorry for the delay in response.

     

    As the files do not appear in the application, please try the trobleshooting steps provide dbelow:

    - Sign out of the application and uninstall it.

    - Reboot the device and install the application on your device from App Store.

    Check if that resolves the issue.

     

    You may also check your files on the Document Cloud online here https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

    Open the link and sign in using the same credentials that you use for Adobe Scan application.

    Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. Check if you can view the files in the list.

    same issue here. my scanned and saved pdf's just get lost after saving, they are nowhere.
