Adobe Scan won't save scans - They disappear!

This is to echo other posts in the forum. Adobe Scan won't save anything that I scan either from my iPhone camera or from my Photos library.

The scan appears to assemble normally, but when I rename and Save (or just save), the scan simply disappears and isn't visible in the list of Recent or All Scans. The document never appears in Document Cloud either.

Configuration:

iPhone XR (MRYR2VC/A)

iOS 12.4

Adobe Scan version 19.07.23

I am having the same issue, as soon as i click on Save PDF it disappears. Doesn't appear non Recents or All Scans tab.

Am having the same issue. This is frustrating. Hope they fix it soon.

I am having the same problem. My scans were all there last week and now they are all gone, and not on the document cloud. I would try to sign out and back in, but it warns me that my 4 files will be lost if I do that and I no longer have the originals, so this is not an option.

Signing out and signing in again worked for me. I lost a few scans, but i couldn’t access them anyway. Hopefully they fix this glitch.

i Reported the issue as a bug and was contacted by Adobe to  provide more info. If others do it too, it may help them isolate and fix the issue.
