Adobe scanned Document not showing

I am unable to see my recently scanned PDF through Adobe scan app in document cloud. I remember properly saving and renaming the file. Please help in retrieving as it was important. Name of file was HDFC Doc. Also I got a pop up saying server error once while checking the stored file.

If you complete the scan and save the file.

The file was showed in adobe scan home.

Other wise open you device storage -adobe file folder.
