Adobe scanner problem while saving exam documents

18th and 19th March I had my final exams I scanned my answer sheet through Adobe scan and saved it on drive and send it to the given email However I knew afterwards that those files I have scanned are not saved reason I don't know and it happens to time I got scolded from my professor that it's your fault you should  accept it instead of blaming Adobe as it's an excellent n famous app. I saved documents but when I opened  my saved documents old answers sheets shown up but not the current one which I scanned a few min ago. I really felt bad that this is the most trusted app and this happened with me during my final exams and I have to take blame for the thing I haven't done !😭😭😭😭 

I request entire Adobe scan developers; everyone trusted your apps, please fix all such bugs and so that these things will not  happened with others as well !

I'm really sorry for the experience you had with the Adobe Scan app and if I would have been in your position and this would have happened with me, I would have gone completely crazy. I will try my best to get this addressed, please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

    1. Make and model of your device.
    2. OS version?

    Try o update your application and see if it is working as per your expectation.
