ADOBE SCANS DELETED ON APP

Hi,

I checked yesterday on my mobile app and noticed that ALMOST ALL OF MY SCANS DISSAPEARED

They were there just last weekend, and I remember checking on Friday and seeing all of my files there. What happened? I never deleted anything.

I tried

- signing in and signing out

- deleting and downloading the app again

- look at my adobe acrobat

I could not find the missing files anywhere. Please help ASAP!!

I'm having this same problem. All of my scans disappeared from my account. Were you able to recover yours? If so, how? My scans are important information from nursing school that I'd like to review. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response. I hope you would be able to resolve the issue by now.

If the issue still exists, the scanned documents might be missing due to app crashes, syncing issues, or because you are logged into a different account.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online (https://adobe.ly/4abe0hC) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

Hi,

I requested for help two days ago about my adobe scans which is exactly but I recieved no reply. Only some of my scans are missing, my recent scans are still availible. I have the 24.04.16 iOS version. My files that are missing are not in Acrobate online. I checked with different accounts but I could not find them. This is really important to me and I need help soon, thanks!
