Advanced security setting on mobile devices

We are a small company and will have the employees, on the road, use adobe scan to documents back to the home office - is there a way to limit their ability (on the iphone) to delete, view or change documents?  Can I Make the home office computer the receiver of all documents and the only one to see or edit the documents?

Hi Patrick,

Sorry for the delay in response.

In the Adobe Scan application, there is no option to make any changes to the document.

Once you scan the document, you have very limited options to modify the scan. However, it is not possible to change anything in the document.

Once you click on Save to PDF, it saves the PDF form of the scanned image in Document Cloud.

However, there is no option in the application that can disable the deleting or viewing of the document. Also, the PDF will be saved on Document Cloud account of the person logged in to the application.
