After scanning Acrobat won’t open documents

I have used adobe scan long time. Was always able to open scanned documents in Acrobat. When tapping Acrobat icon in Scan, Acrobat would open the scan as an adobe acrobat doc. Now I get error message "Unable to open Acrobat Document Unknown Error Occurred"

 

how can this be fixed, this is how I used to save Acrobat docs on my iPhone now cannot do that ..

I pay for the whole adobe suite, and I have this problem, in full price by the way. I don't think that this basic function should not work. If you have seen a solution please let me know, if not, I will have to cancel this bs.

Same, I'm pretty sure even with my creative cloud membership it still won't work and they try to get me to pay 9.99 a month to use "premium features".  Hey Adobe what do you got to say for yourself?
