@mohann12039287 First I did was checked the Adobe Status to see if the systems is down? All is good! If it worked an hour earlier, I would log out of Adobe and clear the history, cache and cookies on your device and do a restart, and log back in to see if that clear up. Make sure to use the correct Adobe ID that worked an hour ago (I have two accounts, and I sometimes use the wrong account!)

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Adobe Scan.

 

Building on the comments by Creative Explorer, another aspect I would suggest checking is the cloud storage available on your account.

 

You can verify this by logging in to https://adobe.ly/49dzPyt and checking the available quota on your account.
